We are offering paid, research internships to second-year Linguistics and English Language undergraduates.
The successful students will gain valuable experience in carrying out independent research, and (depending on the project) even presenting their findings at conferences or in publications.
Our two major internship schemes at the moment are SPRINT and TRINITY. However, if others become available we will advertise them on the the internship and placements blog.
SPRINT is the Summer Project Research INTernship. SPRINT involves offering students the chance to undertake paid, summer internships. Each internship runs for four working weeks (twenty days) in summer (June to August), and each intern is paid a little over £1,500.
TRINITY is the Term-time Research INternship (In TheYear). TRINITY involves offering students the chance to undertake paid, term-time internships. Each TRINITY internship runs for the equivalent of one working day per week during Terms One and Two (twenty days in total) and each intern will be paid a little over £1,500.
