What qualification will be awarded?

1. Successful completion of the Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship Programme will lead to the award of a Lancaster University Masters in Professional Practice (Senior Leadership).
2. There is also an option to achieve professional recognition through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
