After graduating from Lancaster, Xi joined the University of Liverpool as a Lecturer in Finance.

Joana Cardoso Fontes

PhD Accounting & Finance, 2014

Joana completed an MRes in Accounting at LUMS before starting her PhD.

Sophie Tessier

Sophie now teaches at HEC Montréal in Canada.

Justin Chircop

Upon graduation, Justin chose to stay at Lancaster University where he became a lecturer in Accounting and Finance.

Sonia Konstantinidi

After graduating from Lancaster University in 2011, Sonia went on to work as an Assistant Professor in Accounting at Cass Business School.

Ufuk is currently a lecturer in Accounting & Finance at the University of Edinburgh.

Yachang Zeng

Yachang is currently working at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore as an Assistant Professor in Accounting.

Idlan Zakaria

Idlan completed an MA at Lancaster in addition to her PhD. She is now an academic at the University of Essex.

Matthew Bonnett

Matthew is now a lecturer in Accounting and Finance, teaching a range of courses in Edinburgh, China and Hong Kong.

Paulo Alves

Joining the Lancaster research staff after his PhD, Paulo later returned home to a post at one of Portugal's top business schools.

Chi-Hsiou (Daniel) Hung

PhD Accounting & Finance, 2004

Before his PhD, Chi-Hsiou had worked for Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered Bank, and undertaken the MSc in Finance at Lancaster.

Young-Soo Choi

After completing his PhD, Young-Soo was offered a lectureship at LUMS. He now works back in South Korea.
