ICAEW accreditation

The current ICAEW syllabus involves 15 accountancy, finance and business modules split among three levels: ‘Certificate level’, ‘Professional level’ and ‘Advanced level’.

From 2015, all of our degrees will attract exemptions from all of the ‘Certificate level’ papers plus, at ‘Professional level’, ‘Financial Management’.  Some of the individual paper exemptions will be available to those taking only compulsory modules within their degrees; others exemptions will require the taking of particular optional modules.  The requirements are as follows:

Please note: modules LAW 217, LAW 317 and LAW 318 have recently been replaced by ACF 270 and ACF 370 which cover the same material.  We anticipate that the new modules will attract the same (Business Law) exemption as the superseded modules.
