How can I contribute?
There are many ways in which alumni can get involved with and give back to the Management School.
Promote LUMS via your networks
Spread the word about the quality of our teaching, research and student life at Lancaster.
Support the growth of our alumni community and networks
Organise a reunion, support Lancaster Alumni Groups around the world, participate in discussions, engage with fellow members of our LUMS Alumni LinkedIn Group, and share your news and experiences through our alumni publications.
You can also join our online alumni platform LUMS Connect, which enables you to:
- Reconnect – Find and reminisce with fellow graduates and expand your network.
- Get ahead – Advance your career through contacts at top organisations around the world.
- Stay informed – Keep up-to-date with LUMS news, events and photos.
- Engage – Share your updates and be involved in discussions.
- Give Back – Introduce, employ or be a mentor to our graduating students.
You can easily sign up using LinkedIn, Facebook or your email address.
Share your experience and expertise
Boost LUMS students' career prospects
Act as a Career Mentor to a current student.
Help at our Careers Fairs as well as career networking and information events.
Student projects and placements are a vital part of the programmes we teach. If you completed one yourself, you'll know what a great learning experience a project or placement can be, and what a tremendous benefit they can be for a company. Why not get your organisation to commission a project or placement?
Recruit from LUMS – you've experienced the quality of your fellow students at LUMS for yourself. If your employer is not yet recruiting at LUMS, why not? It's your job to help them see the light!
Donate to Lancaster projects and development
Donate here to give support to your choice from a range of projects across the University.
The LUMS Hardship Fund provides financial support for Management School students. We invite donations and legacies for this cause.
To talk more about how you wish to support LUMS, contact Maggie Wild, Alumni and Development Manager for LUMS.

A number of senior executives — including Lancaster alumni — sit on the Dean’s Council, which has a role to review and advise on LUMS strategy and progress against plans.
