The 4th Islamic Banking and Finance Conference was hosted by Lancaster University Management School in June 2014.

Co-organised by the El Shaarani Centre for Islamic Business & Finance (EIBF) at Aston Business School, the Gulf One Lancaster Centre for Economic Research (GOLCER) and Durham Business School, this well-attended event provided a forum for an exchange of views on key issues and challenges in the sector.

A selection of high-quality academic papers were invited for submission to a special issue of the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization (JEBO). The special issue is available here
