During my time at Lancaster I got involved in a wide range of activities alongside my degree. Being part of my college JCR and some societies meant that I met a lot of different people and had the opportunity to get involved in a number of experiences.
The Marketing Management degree I found to be particularly enjoyable, and following my placement year with IBM, I felt much more competent in my ability back at university in my final year.
The marketing degree has given me the knowledge required to understand the marketing industry and its importance, yet also the ability to analyse and question why certain things are done.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Lancaster and I would recommend both the marketing programme and the University itself to anyone looking to study in a fantastic environment with a huge range of opportunities to stand out from the crowd!
After graduating I obtained a graduate position at IBM as an Acquisitions Marketing Professional.
