The 2018 QS Executive MBA Rankings 2018 has been published, with Lancaster University Management School being well-recognised for delivering a programme that makes a big difference to participants’ careers.

The Executive MBA (EMBA) programme at Lancaster University Management School is ranked 22nd in Europe and 52nd in the World, testament to high quality teaching, deep links with employers and enthusiastic, talented students from a range of backgrounds and sectors.

EMBA graduates from Lancaster do better at work, with an average salary increase of 30% within 12 months of finishing the programme. Indeed 55% of participants receive a promotion within a year, demonstrating the value of the Lancaster EMBA for ambitious professionals.

Recent graduate Jasmin Lindo-Clarke is an excellent demonstration of the career benefits that the Lancaster EMBA provides. She credits the programme for enabling her to develop a “well-stocked business toolkit” and a broader knowledge base, which quickly resulted in a promotion:

“On graduating, I have been promoted to Business Process and Applications Director. I am also one of the mentors in my organisation’s targeted leadership program, which is a fantastic scheme for lower, and middle managers looking to progress to be our next business leaders.”

Lancaster’s EMBA is a two year, part-time programme, designed to fit around work and family commitments. Taught in conjunction with the full-time programme, ranked 1st in the World for Corporate Strategy by the Financial Times (Jan 2018), the programme provides exceptional value for money and a demonstrable return on investment.

This year, the programme has been redesigned in collaboration with our international partners in Ghana and Malaysia. The improved format focuses on blended learning, where face-to-face modules are complemented by a choice of online elective modules. This introduces a new dimension to the programme, bringing together students from each of our international locations and allowing greater flexibility for participants to tailor their studies to their chosen careers.

You can find full programme details, including how to apply, on our Executive MBA page.
