Alumni Event

29 LUMS alumni and 9 applicants in Greece came together for an evening reunion at the Skyfall Bar & Restaurant, on 15th March.

The attendees, from four decades of graduation years, enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and to make new contacts. Everyone enjoyed the location and the panoramic view of the Athens Acropolis. Updates on recent Lancaster developments and news provided a good starting point to conversations about Lancaster memories and about the attendees’ more recent experiences.

The event was hosted by Sarah Steadman (Recruitment and Conversion Officer). Our thanks to the Greek Alumni Group Coordinator Dimitris Kontogiannis and to alumnus Emmanouil Chatzithanasis, for supporting Sarah with the set up and running of the event.

A number of prospective Lancaster University Management School students also attended the event, benefiting from this unique opportunity to speak with the alumni and learn from their first-hand Lancaster experiences.

Photo of the event can be viewed on the LUMS Flickr site.
