About the Department of Organisation, Work & Technology

Organisation, Work and Technology is a multi-disciplinary department drawing primarily on the disciplines of social psychology, sociology and philosophy. We research and teach within and across three main themes.

Organisation: the nature form and structure of organisations and organising in the 21st century

Technology: the social dimensions pertaining to the development and use of information technologies in organisations
