Current research activities are in the area of well-being, leaveism and resilience within policing. Work in this area is developing to include aspects related to empathyamongst police officers. My other research interest is in the area of Marketing of Higher Education, with particular interest in student choice. I would be pleased to supervise students doing Doctoral research in this area.
While happy to supervise qualitative research, I am primarily a quantitative researcher. Multivariate analysis is another area of interest and use these techniques when ever given the opportunity.
