Profile

Shuangfa received his Master degree in International Marketing Management from the Robert Gordon University, UK. His research interests include entrepreneurial learning, knowledge management, social networking and firm innovation. Specifically, he is interested to understand the factors that drive entrepreneurs’ learning behaviour and the potential impact of learning on their organisations’ innovation performance.

Prior to joining LUMS, Shuangfa spent ten years working in the manufacturing sector in Guangdong, China. He was involved in different business functions such as new product development, production, quality control, and sales.
