I chose to study at LUMS because it is one of the few triple-accredited business schools in the world. Its location was an additional attraction. I loved the moments when the class came together in small groups to reflect on our learning and shared insights. I also enjoyed the seminars with industry experts and consultants who brought unique perspectives to what I was learning.
I opted to study the MSc ITMOC to expand my knowledge of IT and to discover how managing this aspect of business can aid growth and productivity within an organisation. The group work enabled me to mix with a range of people. I really enjoyed telling prospective students about Lancaster at some of the open days. I am now working as an analyst for Cegedim RX Ltd.
LUMS' great reputation convinced me to study here. The industry connections are brilliant and some of the lectures focus on issues you would never believe are related to IT. I am now employed as a business and knowledge systems architect, part of the knowledge transfer partnership between Oxford Brookes University and Media Analytics.
While researching different universities I found that LUMS was both highly ranked and highly recommended. I thought the programme was well connected to industry. I particularly enjoyed writing my dissertation, so much so that after the programme had finished I turned it into a conference paper that was published. I am currently working for Bloomberg LP in London as a software developer.

I had a fantastic experience as an undergraduate student at LUMS and I was excited to be able to continue studying here. The weekly reflective practice sessions helped me to understand different concepts from multiple perspectives. The learning environment was very positive and it was a pleasure to work with such a brilliant group of fellow students from diverse backgrounds.
