I chose to study at LUMS because of its good position in rankings, approachable teaching staff and culturally diversified alumni. MSc HR and Knowledge Management has a very interesting and innovative curriculum, which includes both technical knowledge and advanced theoretical approaches to the subject. My best Lancaster moment was when I first entered the campus and felt assured I would enjoy my time as a LUMS postgraduate student.

The positive feedback I got from Lancaster alumni convinced me to study at LUMS, and the excellent campus accommodation, close to superb university facilities, only cemented my decision. The open-door policy of the professors and the multicultural aspect of the course made it enjoyable. I won an award for the best presentation; it meant a lot to know that I was able to succeed in an educational environment so different to what I was used to. I now work as a HR executive for Airblue Ltd.
