Fees and funding
The tuition fees below for the Executive MBA are for 2016 entry.
UK/EU students: £20,000
Overseas (non-EU) students: £20,000
The programme fees cover all tuition, examination and graduation costs. There will be an additional cost for students who choose to take the International Business in Context elective.
For new students entering in 2016-17, we guarantee that your course tuition fees will not rise by more than 4% per annum over the standard time required to complete your scheme of study.
Funding and loans
While many of our EMBA students are company-sponsored, some fund themselves through the programme.
Postgraduate Loan Scheme
In November 2015 the UK Government confirmed that a new postgraduate loan scheme will be introduced for students commencing Masters courses in the 2016/17 academic year.
Non means-tested loans of up to £10,000 will be made available to students applying to taught and research Masters courses. PhD students will be funded through a separate scheme.
For more information, go to the main Lancaster University page.
Scholarships and bursaries
Each year we offer a number of awards for the EMBA programme. For further details see EMBA Scholarships.
Unless you live within travelling distance of Lancaster, you will need to budget extra for accommodation during the taught modules at LUMS.
Most students elect to stay at Lancaster House Hotel and Training Centre, which is where most of our EMBA teaching takes place. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Management School, and within easy reach of the M6.
Alternatively, the MBA Office can provide a list of other accommodation, ranging from hotels and B&Bs to student accommodation in the local area.
