Duration and timing: 20 hours, Michaelmas Term


The main aims of this module are to introduce you to the fundamental concepts of economic analysis by demonstrating their relevance to understanding of microeconomic problems. The module provides a useful background in economic principles for other modules on the programme, such as Marketing and Finance.

By the end of the module you will have gained an appreciation of how economic analysis can be usefully applied to understand consumer, business and government decisions at a micro level.
