Update personal details

Your Employee Self-Service Portal

Core myHR is your employee self-service portal where you will be able to view your payslip, contract details and update your address, view any contractual documents relating to your employment at Lancaster University. If you have a period of absence (1-7 days) then you are required to complete a self-certification form – accessed through the portal.

As part of your onboarding, please ensure that you log into the portal update the following by going to "my profile":

  • Input your emergency contact details by going to "employee detail" and then “emergency contacts”
  • Review your current address information by going to "employee detail", then "contacts" and then "my address details"
  • Input any Diversity Information by going to "diversity" and then "general".

Please also review the other personal information to make sure it is correct and up to date. An employee guide is available as well as guidance for setting up a VPN to access Core myHR off campus.
