This workshop will examine information sources available here at Lancaster and the pros and cons of using different sources depending on the purpose. Scenarios local to Lancaster will be used to examine what different types of report look like and advice will be given on how to avoid easy pitfalls and on how to construct and write a report and use data appropriately.

This workshop is part of the new Lancaster Professional Programme and has been developed for all members of administrative, technical and manual staff of the University, but is particularly relevant to those within grades 1-6.
