This programme is delivered by Jonathan Bowyer, a highly experienced coach, facilitator, trainer, leader and manager and Kath Houston a career coach and freelance trainer and senior lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire with a special interest in personal development, confidence and resilience.
This workshop is part of the new Lancaster Professional Programme and has been developed for all members of administrative, technical and manual staff of the University, but is particularly relevant to those within grades 1-6.
