Workshop Description

Working with the assumption that change is an integral part of any job role, this workshop will explore how change situations can be viewed as opportunities whilst recognising the challenges around change.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

    • Recognise the inevitability of change and change resistance
    • Respond more positively within a change process by seeking solutions and innovation within their own job role

Some background reading and application of theory through practical exercises will be encouraged.

This programme is delivered by Jonathan Bowyer, a highly experienced coach, facilitator, trainer, leader and manager and Kath Houston a career coach and freelance trainer and senior lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire with a special interest in personal development, confidence and resilience.
