Research Overview

Dr Cahill-Ripley's research is in international human rights. In particular, economic, social and cultural rights; the right to an adequate standard of living; economic and social rights and conflict, transitional justice and peacebuilding; human rights and development;the rights of women; international humanitarian law; human rights, civil liberties and public law in UK and Ireland; methods of human rights research. Dr Cahill-Ripley's geographical areas of interest are Northern Ireland; Israel/Palestine and South Africa.
