Employers Exhibition

We host an Employers Exhibition on campus each June as part of The Physics at Lancaster Annual Conference and Exhibition (The Place). This is attended by about 150 undergraduate physics students, as well as postgraduates and research staff, making it an ideal way of connecting you with the emerging talent which could benefit your organisation, as well as an opportunity to find out more about our research. While there is no charge to attend the event, we welcome sponsorship from organisations.

TARGETconnect

All of our students and graduates are pre-registered to TARGETconnect, our primary Careers CRM which is used throughout the university and by our Students' Union. From a simple vacancy listing on our job board through to a fully managed recruitment service including targeted promotion, pre-screening and shortlisting, you can be assured of a first-class professional service to meet all of your recruitment needs.

You can submit opportunities free of charge online using TARGETconnect. Simply register your details online. Once approved, you will be able to access our job board and manage your postings.

Internships

Our internship scheme is a great way to trail a new role and take on new staff. Last year 100% of the companies involved in the programme reported that they would consider offering a paid internship in the future, and 48% of interns were retained by their internship hosts.
