Research Interests

I'm broadly interested in social cognitive neuroscience in terms of development, especially the mechanism and the effect of affective touch on emotion and empathy development. During my master's, I researched (with Dr Elena Geangu) the role of affective touch on empathic responses. Currently I am doing my PhD on children’s perception of emotional body expressions, using EEG technique. I'm also interested in attachment, depression, as well as the gender difference in psychology.
