All Colleges have now met their target for returning students in 2014/15, and are managing a waiting list. If you would like to discuss your options, please do go and see your Residence Officer. The University also manages Chancellor's Wharf in the city centre, on the banks of the Lancaster Canal, and there are still vacancies here for individuals and groups in a variety of flats. To apply for room at Chancellor's Wharf, simply log into the Accommodation Portal and proceed from there.
New students coming to Lancaster in October will be contacted in the summer to arrange their accommodation.
Major refurbishment work to reconfigure the iconic Bowland Tower and its surrounding wings, was completed in December, with students moving in to their new rooms this month. Head to our Facebook page for a picture tour of the new Tower accommodation.

Lancaster has retained its joint second position in the 'Good Accommodation' category of the Times Higher Student Experience Survey. That's in addition to holding the top spot for three years in the National Student Housing Survey.
