Ash House remodelling...

Refurbishment is set to begin in November 2014 on the remodelling of Bowland's Ash House into more high quality standard accommodation for Bowland students from September 2015.

Ash House 2015

The remodelling of the building - situated to the north of Bowland College - will see the building converted into flats rather than its traditional corridor formation, enabling smaller groups to share communal kitchen and sanitary spaces.

The refurbishment

Residents living in the vicinity of the project should be aware that there will be building work ongoing between November 2014 and summer 2015, and that at times this may be noisy.

We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum though and advise residents of any key works through the programme.

Standard working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm.

The site compound for this work will be in Bowland Avenue North, close to Bowland Hall houses 11, 12 and 14, with access from the perimeter road.
