Over 150 pupils from schools throughout the region visited the university this week to take part in workshops and have a look around campus. The event was coordinated by Science Partnerships Officer Alan Darragh, with help and cooperation from staff across the faculty. All the feedback from teachers has been positive:
"The students really enjoyed the sessions and the visit overall and we'd certainly come again. One student made the point that without the visit he never really would have understood the concept of a campus university."
Thanks to everyone who was involved in making the event a success.
