In order to support the implementation of the institutionís new Performance and Development Review scheme, faculty-based training is being run on the following four dates:
These sessions are a compressed version of the training that is being delivered centrally during the spring/summer term and are designed to update staff with previous experience of conducting appraisals/performance reviews. Those staff who are new to conducting reviews should attend the central training programme.
Experienced reviewers only need to attend one of the above (i.e. same content will be delivered at each session). Availability is limited and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please ask staff in your department to contact Jane Quinn to reserve your place.
National Instruments will offer introductory training in LabVIEW at the University of Lancaster on Thursday 26 March. This free event, hosted by National Instruments, will feature technical sessions and product demonstrations based on National Instruments LabVIEW.
