Digital Marketing Executive - Crowberry Consulting

This internship is part funded by Santander.

In 2015 we hosted a Lancaster University intern to redevelop our website and produce a range of informational videos, infographics and Twitter banners. The intern worked for us then got a top job at SONY, so maybe you could do the same?

We would like the Digital Marketing Executive to move the website to a more user friendly platform such as word press. It is currently hosted in HTML document/code and is difficult for us to update it, although we can update it.

We would also like support to refresh our promotional videos on our YouTube Channel that feature our services to ISO management systems, Ethical Audits and training services we provide. We have created a series of customer testimonials in 2017 that led to greater subscriptions to our channel, and recently we have created a video with Learn Direct and also the National Apprenticeship Service.

Finally, there is the chance to be really creative and design a series of new infographics and banners for our social media platforms again promoting our core services.

Role and responsibilities of intern:

Redesign and update of the current website and locate to a more user friendly platform such as word press – we pay for web hosting already.
Create new and fresh videos for our YouTube channel, in regards to our services.
Create new banners and infographics for our social media channels.

Responsibilities of host organisation:

Ensure that appropriate training and health and safety advice is given, provide intern with key information relevant to their work tasks.
We can provide a desk, and laptop if required – most students have their own laptop.
We can provide a timeline and project management chart to show the key milestones, deliverables of the project.

Training and induction to be provided:

Provide the intern with laptop/mobile phone access, ensure intern is introduced to key members of staff, provide company overview.
We have a full induction process as part of our ISO 9001 system.
We have Cyber Essentials standard and have a social media policy in place, this includes data privacy and protecting customer information.

This internship is part-funded by banking group Santander and is for 10 weeks (350 hours)
