We work in partnership to meet specific organisational objectives, taking account of the challenges and constraints.   We provide advice and co-design organisational and staff development programmes.


A distinctive strength is the design of bespoke programmes with University accreditation. You are assured of relevance and the quality associated with a top University; your staff gain qualifications. Our work-based approach achieves learning and practice outcomes so you see a difference in individual and organisational performance.   

Partnership models vary. You might ask us to:

  • Deliver an accredited short course for a group of staff - at Lancaster or on your premises
  • Enhance and link in-company training schemes to University accreditation
  • Design a new accredited programme to meet specific needs
  • Focus on key work projects and develop the knowledge and skills needed to carry them out
  • Facilitate organisational development, working with teams to develop improved ways of working.
