Opportunities for Schools and Students

The university has an extensive outreach programme for schools, teachers, and prospective students, which includes school and college visits, academic masterclasses, and residential summer schools. We are also dedicated to ensuring that students from diverse backgrounds can attend university, including those who may be the first in their family to do so, or may face obstacles to attending. A range of events focus in particular on this commitment to widening participation. More information can be found on the Schools and College Liaison website.

The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences also holds regular events to help students learn more about subjects they could study at Lancaster. For more information, please visit the Faculty website.
