Boxing Circuits
With Ross Mason
Every Monday, 12.15pm-1.00pm
An energetic and highly effective boxing style workout, designed to challenge both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. 

Pump Fitness
With Sarah Marshall
Every Tuesday, 9.30am-10.25am
A workout that uses a range of weights, focusing on all of your muscle groups. Designed to tone, sculpt and strengthen your entire body.

Spin
With Julia Massie
Every Wednesday, 9.30am-10.15am
A group cycling class to music. You change the resistance of your bike to meet your fitness needs – get into shape and have a great time doing it!

Kettlecise
With Julia Massie
Every Wednesday, 10.30am-11.15am
Providing you with a great workout that works the entire body from the core outwards. This class is designed to increase your metabolic rate for many hours, continuing to burn long after your workout is complete. *Weight training gloves are required for this session. 

Metafit & Abs
With Sarah Marshall
Every Wednesday, 12.15pm-1.00pm
A high intensity workout, including a series of bodyweight exercises with interval style training. Designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

Spin

Every Thursday, 1.15pm-2.00pm
