This January we're offering you the chance to attend a few free sessions to help you kick-start your new year fitness!

Laura Daglish will be running these sessions, focusing on different relaxation techniques to leave you with a toolkit to help you stay calm and focused.

These classes will run on the following days:

  • Wednesday 24th January - 2.00pm-2.30pm
  • Wednesday 31st January - 2.00pm-2.30pm
