First International Workshop on Multiagent Foundations of Social Computing

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the First International Workshop on the Multiagent Foundations of Social Computing.

Social computing has emerged as an exciting multidisciplinary area of research. Social computing broadly refers to computing-supported approaches that facilitate interactions among people, e.g., via social media. This means that social computing is inherently multiagent in nature. This workshop's program explores the multiagent aspects of social computing. The workshop program is comprised of

• Six paper presentations on a diverse range of topics such as organizations, teams, privacy, and so on;
• Invited talk by Professor Munindar P. Singh; and
• Panel discussion featuring Emiliano Lorini, Simon Parsons, Martin Purvis, and Pınar Yolum
