Over 70 alumni and students met at The Work Foundation in London in September for social and professional networking.

Alumni who attended ranged from a 1967 graduate, Victor Seddon (BA Economic, 1967, Cartmel), up to one of Lancaster’s most recent alumni, Susan Keighley, who has just completed a MA in Management Learning and Leadership and will have her degree conferred in the forthcoming December graduation ceremony.

Alumni were delighted to be joined by current Lancaster students who are currently on work placements in London - (photos)

Attendees enjoyed an informative and entertaining speech from Lancaster graduate, Dave Morris (BA American Studies, 1998 – latterly Leadership and Culture Consultant for Rolls Royce) who spoke on career networking: getting where you want but not necessarily in a straight line!

Informal networking took place and co-ordinators from the London alumni group, Vasia Papou and Konstantinos Vathakos, were present.
