Before you arrive you will be sent an email inviting you to pre-register online. This will involve confirming your personal and course information, and accepting the terms and conditions of the University. Pre-registration is the first stage of officially becoming a Lancaster University Student.
Once you have completed pre-registration, you will be able to set up a University account. We will assign you a username based on your name and ask you to set up a password. This account will give you access to a number of University services such as letter requests and module marks, and will allow you to get internet access once you have arrived.
Having completed pre-registration you can log in using your new username and password and view information about your University account.

Each of our halls of residence has a communal telephone in the entrance lobby, which can make and receive calls within the University campus. In general terms the campus is well covered when it comes to mobile phone reception, though it varies between networks.
