Award Entitlement 2013

  • Academic Scholarship - for undergraduate, full-time, UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man students who achieve A level grades of A*, A* A (or equivalent academic qualifications, eg at BTEC level) and who place Lancaster as their firm choice.  An award of £2,000 in the first year of study only
  • Access Scholarship - for undergraduate, full-time, UK students whose household income is less than £42,600 and who achieve A level grades of A*, A, A (or equivalent academic qualifications eg at BTEC level) and who place Lancaster as their firm choice.  An award of £1,000 per year providing the income remains below the relevant threshold (see table below) and satisfactory academic progression is met.
  • Lancaster Bursary - for undergraduate, full-time, English students with an assessed household income between £25,000 and £42,600.  An award of £1,000 per year will be paid providing that the household income remains below the relevant threshold (see table below).
  • National Scholarship Programme - for undergraduate, full-time, English students with an assessed household income below £25,000.  An award of £3,000 in the first year of study.  A £1,000 bursary for each year of study providing the income remains below £25,000.
