Why did you choose Lancaster University?

I chose Lancaster because the Management School has an outstanding reputation and excellent links to the commercial environment which will prove beneficial when applying for graduate jobs. Additionally the collegiate system attracted me because it created a community atmosphere on campus which I believe was unrivalled at any other university that I visited.

What do you feel is the best aspect of studying at Lancaster University?

The sheer scale of opportunities that are presented to you as a student here is by far the best aspect about being a Lancaster student. The opportunities to study abroad, start your own society or join in with others are plentiful.. They even have provisions to help you start your own business!

What’s best about the social life at Lancaster?

The social life here is very active. Almost every night of the week you have options of where to venture out to.

How does Lancaster University provide you with support, advice and guidance?

The support on offer is outstanding. From superb bespoke careers advice right the way through to the tutorial system where you have an academic and personal tutor. Whatever your problem there is always someone to turn to at Lancaster.

What advice would you give to students considering studying at Lancaster University?

Visit us! Lancaster rivals the many great universities in the UK through our league tables, but in order to understand why Lancaster is so successful you have to come and see it for yourself. The campus and community spirit is what sets Lancaster apart.
