Santander University Entrepreneurship Awards

Your business plan could win you a cash prize of between £1000-£20,000.
This is an opportunity for Lancaster University students and alumni to develop their business ideas to enter Santander’s “Awards for Entrepreneurship” Scheme which offers a combined total of £44,000 to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The Santander Awards are grouped within two categories – Undergraduate and Postgraduate – with the top prize for each category being £5,000 and £20,000 respectively.

The Enterprise Team at Lancaster is now calling on students and alumni to apply with their business plan to Jon Powell, the Lancaster University Enterprise Champion. The best submissions in each category will be put forward as entrants to the Santander Awards Scheme. The competition is open to all Lancaster students and Alumni who have graduated within the past 5 years.

How to Apply:

Applicants are required to send their business plans which will include details such as proposed target market, financial forecasts, idea viability, personal motivations and objectives and confirmation of whether they are applying in the undergraduate or graduate category to

The closing date for applications is 4pm on Wednesday 3rd April 2013.
