Which do you think is the best argument for the existence of freewill in human beings?

(1) doesn't seem valid - it's quite possible for everyone to be wrong (and some people actually don't say they have freewill.) If (2) could be substantiated I suppose that would indeed settle the matter, but substantiating it is the difficult bit. I don't see that (3) is true - we could surely be programmed to get up - ?

(4) seems to me to be the thing to worry about (if you are a determinist).
