Regular organised campus tours take place twice a month from February to December (apart from August and September when our Annual Visit Days take place) with extra dates in the school holidays.
Dates for the next campus tours are as follows:
- August 2010 - Annual Visit Days
- September 2010 - Annual Visit Days
- October 2010 - Wed 6th, Wed 13th and Mon 25th
- November 2010 - Wed 3rd and Wed 17th
- December 2010 - Wed 1st
Campus tours usually run from 1.00pm - 3.00pm.
The tour on 25th October include an extra 'department drop-in session' from 3.00 - 4.00pm.
Campus Tour Programme:
- 1.00pm - Meet outside the main Library in Alexandra Square (map ref 29)
- 1.05pm - The Lancaster Experience: a guide to student life at Lancaster (talk)
- 1.50pm - Guided tour with current students, including accommodation, social venues, library, sports centre and much more!
- 3.00pm - Tour finishes back in Alexandra Square, or on selected dates only (see above) tour guides will take you to the department of your choice to meet academic staff and look around the department.
Please note: on the dates with no department drop-in session organised you will need to make an appointment with the department if you would like to visit them before or after the campus tour.
