The picture of my construction shows the circuit assembled on a small piece of stripboard which is enclosed in a 25-way D-type cover. This plugs directly into the LPT port. You can see the cable leading away at the bottom right (about 1 metre) to plug into the target circuit, and the DC input jack at the top right.
