Postgraduate Study at Lancaster University
The world of professional services is highly competitive, and technological change occurs at an ever-increasing rate. Our masterclass draws on research and applied insights gained from two years of work with a series of professional services firms studying how they can be transformed using new technology.
Run by academic experts from Lancaster University Management School and Oxford Brookes University as part of the Next Generation Professional Service Firm project team, leaders of professional service firms will gain insights into the opportunities and challenges firms face as part of future strategy planning.
The masterclass is organised around four key themes:
- Business model and strategy – are you innovation ready and how are you preparing for the future?
- Next-generation professionals service firm transformations – what are the opportunities and how ready is your firm?
- Future scenarios – what will the future of professional service look like in five years and how will your firm respond?
- Delivering change – how will your firm move from design to delivery and turn ideas into reality?
Thank you for your interest in this masterclass; the course fee is £750.
