We have access to over 12,000 talented students on campus, and a network of graduates across different sectors.
We can offer you access to our self-service jobs board, TARGETconnect, used by our students and graduates daily to search for jobs and other opportunities.
You can use our on-line payments facility, or we can arrange to invoice you direct.
TARGETconnect is our CRM online vacancy portal which is used throughout the University and by our Students' Union.
This portal allows registered recruiters to:
• Profile their organisation• Add vacancies• Monitor how many student views it attracts• Maintain and update the vacancy if required• Request extensions to the closing date
Our service includes the option to target particular groups of students and subject disciplines, ensuring that relevant students are alerted to the opportunities you offer.
In addition, we can offer on-campus interview rooms and facilities for employer presentations to students and graduates.

The service has been designed to ensure that the departmental administration associated with the hire of temporary staff is fair, equitable and compliant with our legal obligations.
By moving the administration for issuing 'engagement agreements' to the ERS team we will relieve colleagues throughout the institution of the task of collecting and issuing, collating and storing engagement forms, and right to work paperwork, associated with the current hiring process.
