Fed up of staying in ? Missing your mates ? Studying getting you down ?

The theme of Mental Health Awareness week this year is “KINDNESS” With all the stresses of Covid-19 and the end of term, it’s really important for you to be kind to yourselves and take some time out for your own mental wellbeing. Pam Forster, our Senior Welfare Advisor, will be running an online drop-in session every Thursday from 1pm-2pm which is open to all Cartmel students whether you are on or off campus
