Who has &#8220;the right to the city&#8221;, who has the right to shopping malls? Ranasinghe refers to the Bauman and Zukin, working on an example of squeegeeing. I would like to focus on the example of consumption and consumer mobility. I am looking forward to hear your thoughts.<\/p>\n<p>An additional reading is a chapter of the new, exciting book &#8220;El Mall&#8221;. It is the conclusion chapter called &#8220;<strong>Shopping Malls and the Fight for Public Space<\/strong>&#8221; (pp. 161-174).<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/10.1525\/j.ctt19632h7\">http:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/10.1525\/j.ctt19632h7<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Everyone is invited to attend and join in the discussion.
