Lancaster Travel and Test Support Package

This package of support was designed to help those new and returning students who travelled to the UK before 30 January 2022 to study at Lancaster University for the 2021-22 academic year and would incur additional costs due to the coronavirus pandemic and UK Government restrictions at the time of travel. The package has supported many students to help with their finances and travel planning.

Claims

The Lancaster Travel and Test Support Package is now closed and we are processing all refund requests.

While some elements of this support package were delivered free of charge at the point of service, for other elements a refund claim had to be made. Depending on when students travelled they could claim during one or more of the claim windows: 15 October to 31 October 2021, 23rd November to 1st December 2021; and 24th January to 7th February 2022.
