WISE Learners’ Voice Programme for Students

WISE Learners’ Voice Program for Educational Innovators

WISE (World Innovation Summit for Education) has co-operated with Santander Universities since 2013 and is an international platform for creative thinking, purposeful action and innovation for the future of education through collaboration.

The WISE Learners’ Voice Program aims to facilitate the role of young adults in rethinking education and taking on leading roles in the sector, and hopes to encourage learners to become co-creators of their learning environments. The programme focuses on building knowledge of education and social entrepreneurship, as well as leadership and communication skills.

The Learners’ Voice Program is a year-long program consisting of 2 residential sessions, online and on-site activities, and the development of group projects seeking innovative solutions to pressing educational issue. The residential sessions take place in Doha, in early January, and Madrid (Santander Financial City) in June. The year long activity programme begins at a Summit event in Doha, November 1-5, 2015.

Eligible students can apply or be nominated to take part in the programme and WISE – Qatar Foundation will also cover all Program-related costs, including air fares and accommodation of the selected participants.
