💸 This FREE two day programme is a perfect opportunity for Lancashire-based start-ups to step back from the day-to-day running of their business and develop a survival plan for the coming 12-24 months. 😊 Who is it for? This programme is for early-stage business owners who have already generated some income, be it from sales to customers, investments or funding. 🔑 At the end of the programme, you'll come away with keys skills such as: • A clear understanding of your own financial model, including costs, revenue streams and pricing structures.• Robust financial projections that enable you to identify how and where you can make your business sustainable within a 12-24 month period.• A clear understanding of the factors you need to take into account when making decisions on where to spend money in the business.• The insight and confidence to actively manage business performance against your projections, even when there are conflicting demands on your time and resources.📅 When is this taking place?This programme will be divided into 2 sessions- Thursday 6th June, 10am - 5pm with lunch provided - Thursday 13th June, 2pm - 6pm with a networking buffet included📍 Where is this taking place?Work in Progress Studio at Lancaster UniversitySearch 'Work in Progress' in Google Maps or use what3words 'Softest Kick Cooked'✏️ How to sign up?You'll need to complete the form linked below in order for us to determine your eligibility. To be eligible, your business must be registered in the Lancashire area and started within the last 12 months.
