Does your business have a clear social purpose?

This workshop, delivered over two days (12th & 26th September), is for leaders and entrepreneurs with an ambition to set up, grow, or nurture a business that makes a positive social or environmental impact on health.

You will connect with like-minded people, and learn to use an innovation tool ‘Design Thinking’. The tool will help you to explore ideas, understand customers, problem solve, and develop better products and services.

Unlike other business workshops or courses, we come at the development of business products and services from a social perspective. You will explore how social, economic, and environmental factors affect a person’s health and wellbeing, and explore innovative ways your business, social enterprise, or charity could shape new health and wellbeing solutions.

Funding & Additional Information

This workshop is part of Lancaster University’s new Health Innovation initiative. Places are fully funded and available to businesses who meet European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) eligibility criteria. Places are limited to only one representative per organisation.
