Lancaster University’s Design, Print and Photography (DPP) service has rebranded as the Creative Studio to reflect its full range of services.

Located on County Avenue, the Creative Studio offers a range of creative digital and print solutions. They include:

  • a wide range of digital and inkjet print from A6 to A0 and beyond on a range of paperweights and finishes
  • dissertation printing and binding
  • photography services including simple studio passport or visa shots through to food, event, product and press photography
  • a videography service that can tackle everything from talking heads to fully edited promotional videos and drone footage.

Sustainability is also a key consideration for all print production and the Creative Studio is committed to playing its part in the University’s goal to become carbon neutral by 2035.

The new website www.lancaster.ac.uk/creative-studio provides a range of information for each of the services available but if you would like to find out more about the services the Creative Studio offers you can email creativestudio@lancaster.ac.uk and one of the team will be able to help.

Creative Studio Manager Steve Thomas said: “The new name and rebrand helps us communicate that we offer more than design, print and photography.

“We are a creative in-house resource with expert knowledge across all aspects of design, photography, videography and print - right on your doorstep or desktop. Our range of creative solutions are designed to bring your vision to life.”
